Privacy

Under no circumstances shall your (the customer’s) information be released to any third party. All email addresses, personal information, and all transactions shall remain confidential.

Customer Satisfaction

We ask that you (the customer) notify us as soon as you receive your merchandise and that you are satisfied with it (not broken, correct item, etc.). As of the next day, you (the customer) will have 7 days to return it to us at your (the customer's) own cost unless it is broken or deemed to be our fault. If so we will reimburse you (the customer) for the return shipping.

Shipping

Unless prior arrangements have been made between you (the customer) and A.G. CHESS Co., please take note of the shipping cost. An excess cost in shipping may be returned to you (the customer) in merchandise credit if, in fact, there was an error on our part or we received a shipping discount. After we successfully process the order it will be shipped on the next day, at which point it should arrive in 3-5 days.

We accept credit card transactions courtesy of CCNOW.com. Thus, we ask that you (the customer) notify us immediately if there is a problem with the transaction. For information on security and other issues please refer to ccnow.com from our homepage.
